Project description:
We support DB InfraGO AG, Southwest Regional Division, as project engineers in the renewal of nine level crossings and the construction of a digital interlocking (Digitales Stellwerk, DSTW) at Mannheim freight yard.

Our responsibilities include the technical review of crossing agreements in accordance with the German Railway Crossing Act (Eisenbahnkreuzungsgesetz, EKrG), coordination with the specialist planners across all disciplines, and stakeholder management relating to property matters and construction site logistics areas.

The focus is on the structured preparation of decision-making documents and project controlling with regard to schedule, costs, quality and risks.
