Project Description:
As part of the three-track expansion of the Aachen–Düren line under the German Investment Act for Coal Regions (Investitionsgesetz Kohleregionen, InvKG No. 24), we are preparing the operational requirements specifications (Betriebliche Aufgabenstellung, BAst) for DB InfraGO AG.

Our work initially covers two BAst sections along line 2600, reflecting the planned capacity increases for the Deutschlandtakt NRW 2040, the expansion of regional passenger rail services (SPNV), and the optimisation of rail freight traffic.

Our scope of services includes the complete preparation of the BAst in accordance with DB Guideline DB-RiL 135, including the integration of VAst requirements, consideration of interfacing projects, and incorporation of all relevant operational requirements.
