Project description:
As part of the large-scale Rhine–Alpine ETCS programme, we support ISB Rhein-Main with the project management for the equipment of the POS Nord upgrade line with ETCS and the associated signalling and control systems for DB InfraGO AG.

We are responsible for project management across all project phases, including commissioning management for the phased commissioning of the interlocking and ETCS sections along the POS Nord corridor.

As a project partner of ISB Rhein-Main, we contribute to the schedule-, cost- and quality-compliant implementation of the measures and support the creation of the prerequisites for the step-by-step ETCS rollout.
