About us
We see ourselves as a technically integrated partner for infrastructure and mobility projects in the rail sector and in public transport. Our work is characterised by a holistic understanding of the requirements arising from planning, engineering, operations and organisational structures.
Our services specifically cover those areas in which technical, operational and organisational aspects interact. These include, among others, the development of operational and technical requirements, public transport service and operations planning, technical project management, as well as support throughout planning, approval and procurement processes. Our objective is to combine technical depth with a clearly structured working approach and to support projects consistently over their entire lifecycle.
Our team has many years of experience on both the client and contractor side in infrastructure and large-scale projects. This dual perspective enables us to formulate requirements precisely, prepare decision-making processes on a sound technical basis, and align projects realistically with respect to implementation and operation.
Our work is designed for long-term, reliable cooperation. We do not view projects as a loose sequence of individual services, but as coherent tasks with clear technical, organisational and temporal interdependencies. Accordingly, we structure our project work in a transparent and traceable manner.
We place great emphasis on clear responsibilities, robust decision-making bases and consistent communication between all parties involved. Through dedicated points of contact, structured coordination formats and thorough documentation, we ensure that information is available in a targeted manner and that decisions are made on a technically sound basis.
In doing so, we work closely with clients, planners, transport operators, industry partners and approval authorities. Our aim is to actively manage interfaces, reduce complexity and support projects in a way that ensures technical, operational and organisational feasibility.
